Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order should be shipped within 1-8 business days. Transit times will vary. PO Boxes are subject to longer transit times via USPS. We appreciate your patience! Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include processing time or weekends and holidays. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team with any questions at info@angelikagale.com.
All expedited orders need an accurate street address to ensure timely delivery.
If we cannot ship an item with the order, it will be canceled, and a refund will be processed.
U.S. SHIPPING
Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout to orders $150 or more (after any discounts and before taxes). Free standard shipping for qualifying purchases only ships to addresses in 48 states; does not include Alaska & Hawaii)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) pending availability. Orders placed after 10 AM CT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Angelika Gale ships to both complete street addresses and P.O. Boxes. If you’re shipping to a P.O. Box, please allow another two weeks.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. They are subject to the regulations of US Customs and the Customs Department of the destination country. Customs charges may apply. Moreover, regardless of the total spent, these orders do not qualify for free shipping. Occasionally, delays can occur in Customs; therefore, Angelika Gale cannot guarantee delivery times to international addresses. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for return.

MILITARY SHIPPING
Orders sent to an APO/FPO military address can only be shipped using USPS Standard shipping and cannot be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to the U.S. military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the order reaches the military post office box.
Order Tracking
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, depending on availability. Orders placed after 10 AM CT on Friday will start processing the following Monday. Please note that the estimated delivery time excludes processing time, weekends, or holidays.
When packages are shipped from our studio, they receive tracking numbers. We will email you a shipment confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order arrives.
Tracking availability can vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the carrier responsible for delivering your order.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact the carrier. Once your order departs from our studio, it is managed by a carrier that may offer tracking information until delivery. If available, you can access the tracking details through My Account > Order History.
