Returns
Angelika Gale gladly accepts returns for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unused and in their original packaging
- Be shipped back at the customer’s expense with a tracking number
Important details:
- No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Store credit is issued via gift card within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit amount.
- Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility.
- International orders are not eligible for return.

Because these items are worn close to the face and hair, we want to ensure that every piece you receive is brand-new, unworn, and handled with the utmost care. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all of our customers.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order and return the original item for store credit. Once your return is processed, you can use your gift card toward a future purchase.
